Novotel, Southampton

This IBIS Hotel is just one of many in the Land Securities portfolio. The work secured by us was centred on restoring the windows and cladding panels of the hotel.

After the removal of the previous coating, we recoated the windows that had been painted previously with a spray. On the windows that had not been repainted, we restored with a specialist restoration solution. In addition to this, we also carried out work to remove and replace the mastic on the externals of all windows.

We also provided similar works and more complex façade restoration solutions to other Land Securities properties in 2018.
