    Our Approach and Methodology Steam cleaning also known as ‘super-heated water cleaning’ combined with PH neutral façade cleaning techniques forms the basis of our approach, from here we build out utilising other methods of cleaning whilst working with the HSE’s Reach Guidelines and standards at all times. We adjust all our methods to suit the condition and type of masonry, building our process of masonry cleaning and utilising other methods such as poultice based applications, soft water washing, aggregate based systems, acids, alkaline and neutralising chemicals to help deliver high quality and sensitive building restoration solution along with sustainable results

    Due to the type of buildings we clean, their height, shape and size, we design and implement building cleaning, façade repair or external building painting solutions which use a variety of building access methods such as temporary cradles, façade hoist, scaffolding and abseiling methods. We adjust programmes to suit the building function and provide cleaning, repair, stabilising and painting services for façades constructed of stone, brick or masonry.
