    Our approach and methodology

    Steam cleaning also known as ‘super-heated water cleaning’ combined with PH neutral methods and specialist products for environmentally friendly results.

    A continuous high temperature and lower water volume. This is delivered as a liquid spray, even at temperatures close to 155ºC. We use the heat to break down and decompose façade pollutants and the light water spray as a sensitive cleaning mechanism to agitate, loosen and remove pollution from the façade. We use minimal water, a high heat and specific nozzle design and specification to provide a highly effective method for all building façades.

    By using ‘super-heated water’ we avoid abrasive and chemical cleaning. We mitigate damage and façade material failure by adapting specialist techniques, products and methods to ensure that each building and façade type receives a tailored façade restoration solution applicable to both historic and modern building structures.
